This agreement is entered into between Amazing Tanzania and the undersigned agent partner, concerning access to confidential trade information via the Elite Compass Partner Portal.

By accepting this agreement, you confirm that you are an authorised agent representative and agree to the following terms:

All pricing, commission rates, net costs, and supplier agreements are strictly confidential.

Client names, itinerary details, booking values, and travel dates must not be disclosed to third parties.

Quotation documents and PDF files are for the addressee only and may not be forwarded or reproduced.

Commission structures and agent margin information are commercially sensitive and may not be shared.

Breach of this agreement may result in immediate termination of partnership and legal action.
