Amazing Tanzania Ltd has not authorized you, Mr. Jack Lee, your company, your agents, or any related party to register, use, operate, promote, sell, transfer, trade, advertise, or conduct business under the name Amazing Tanzania, or any confusingly similar domain name, internet keyword, trademark, brand name, company name, or commercial identity. Any attempt to register or use the above-mentioned China domains, internet keywords, or similar names may be treated as unauthorized use, bad-faith registration, passing off, unfair competition, trademark infringement, cybersquatting, and an attempt to mislead the public or interfere with the lawful business identity of Amazing Tanzania Ltd. We therefore formally require you to: 1. Immediately withdraw or cancel any application involving the name Amazing Tanzania or any confusingly similar name. 2. Confirm in writing that you will not register, use, sell, transfer, advertise, or commercially exploit any domain, keyword, mark, or business name containing Amazing Tanzania. 3. Provide the full legal name of the applicant, company registration details, registrar name, application reference number, and business purpose for the proposed registration. Amazing Tanzania Ltd reserves all rights to take legal, administrative, domain-dispute, registrar-level, trademark-protection, and platform-level action in Tanzania, China, and any other relevant jurisdiction.
