Director Dashboard Guide

Step-by-step guide for directors and managers

Responsible:Directors & Managers

Guide Overview

The Director Dashboard provides executives with a real-time view of project progress, sales performance, operations status, financial health, audit readiness, and governance. Directors use it to review reports, track KPIs, make decisions, and ensure accountability across all departments.

Where This Department Fits in the Booking Flow

The Director OS oversees the entire 13-step Canonical Booking Flow. Directors do not execute individual steps but monitor all stages, approve critical decisions, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure accountability across Reservations (Steps 1-5), Management Review (Step 6), Accounts (Steps 7-8), Operations (Step 9), Camp (Step 10), Fleet (Step 11), Client Portal (Step 12), and Director Monitoring (Step 13). Directors use the Command Center to track KPIs, the Booking Flow Monitor to identify stuck bookings, and the Decision Archive to record governance decisions.
