02 · Follow the exhibition conversation
- QR → contact
The buyer opens the event page, shares business details and receives a saved reference.
- Director → review
Open the Agent follow-up dashboard, review trade access and make an authorised approval decision.
- Agent → workspace
The approved Agent signs in and personally accepts the NDA before protected trade access.
- Enquiry → follow-up
Track saved contacts, client briefs, recent interactions and the next follow-up date.
Director pages require authorised sign-in. An anonymous page open is an engagement signal; it does not identify a buyer or prove a physical QR scan. Approval does not accept the NDA for the Agent.
03 · Try the Agent Portal
Agents can explore the camps, access authorised rates and materials, request a quote and continue their conversation with the ATZ team.
- Start with the simulation: open the QR walkthrough below. It creates no records, emails or approvals.
- Test the platform: use your assigned test account; sign-in details are shared privately. Open the test event page and keep the saved reference.
- Check the Director view: select Catherine / testing, find the reference and review the follow-up. Use only designated test records for approval checks.
- Return feedback: email atos-admin@myamazingtanzania.com with the page, what happened and the expected result.
The contact test saves test data. Real approval can change access and send a welcome email. The simulation below is the safest first review. This brief is a review guide, not confirmation of final publication or print approval.
