Children, Singles, Tour Leaders & Driver Guides
Director Decision Pending — CHILD-POLICY-2027
Children aged 6–12 pay 50% of the adult sharing rate (per the ATZ 2027 source document). A different child charging concept from earlier planning discussions is under review. One canonical age/rate policy will be published after Director approval. This section is subject to change until that decision is recorded.

Tour Leader receives 50% discount off the standard client rate. Applicable from a minimum of 8 guests. This applies only to a designated tour leader accompanying the group and is subject to prior agreement and confirmation at booking.

Driver Guide
Driver guides are charged at USD 16 per person per night for accommodation and meals. Driver guides remain responsible for applicable park fees, camping fees, concession fees and village fees. Accommodation is on a shared basis — two guides per tent.

· Large groups, exclusive-use and series reservations may have special payment and cancellation conditions confirmed in writing at quotation stage.

Payment and cancellation conditions are published as drafts. They must not be marked final until Director approval is recorded (CANCEL-POLICY-2027).

Insurance, Safety & Government Terms
Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance — including medical evacuation and cancellation cover — is mandatory for all guests
Medical evacuation insurance is specifically excluded from the camp rate and must be arranged separately
