Children aged 6–12 pay 50% of the adult sharing rate (per the ATZ 2027 source document).

A different child charging concept from earlier planning discussions is under review. One canonical age/rate policy will be published after Director approval. This section is subject to change until that decision is recorded.

Tour Leader receives 50% discount off the standard client rate. Applicable from a minimum of 8 guests. This applies only to a designated tour leader accompanying the group and is subject to prior agreement and confirmation at booking.

Driver Guide
Driver guides are charged at USD 16 per person per night for accommodation and meals. Driver guides remain responsible for applicable park fees, camping fees, concession fees and village fees. Accommodation is on a shared basis — two guides per tent.

Insurance · Safety · Government Terms
Insurance, safety and statutory terms — including the government tax language reconciled in R14.12.1.
Comprehensive travel insurance — including medical evacuation and cancellation cover — is mandatory for all guests
Medical evacuation insurance is specifically excluded from the camp rate and must be arranged separately

AWAITING DIRECTOR CLARIFICATION — TAX-ESCALATION-2027
The source document states that VAT, government taxes and service charges are INCLUDED in the rate, while also reserving the right to adjust rates if government or statutory charges increase after publication. Directors are asked to clarify the boundary: which charges are "included" versus which are "subject to adjustment", and how park entrance fees relate to "government taxes" for traveller-facing communication.
